Instructions:

  1. Gather your cardboard boxes, Holepunch & Screwdriver, Kid-Safe Cardboard Cutting Tool, Screws, and Brackets.

  2. Using your Cardboard Cutting Tool, open and flatten 4 cardboard boxes. Cut out the top corners of 1 box to create a pointed tip. Also cut out 1 isosceles triangle, and 1 rectangle, as pictured.

  3. Place the pointed cardboard boat piece in the middle. This will be your boat BOTTOM. Take 2 flattened cardboard pieces and curve around each side of the BOTTOM, then attach pieces with 4 Screws on each side.

  4. Take your remaining flattened box and curve it around the back of your boat, then attach to the side cardboard pieces with 2 Flat Brackets and Screws. Screw the back box to the bottom box to make a cardboard boat base.

  5. Use a 3D Corner Bracket to connect the front pieces to the base, and use a 90˚ Bracket to connect the top of the front cardboard pieces, if extra support is needed. Use Screws to connect the triangle cardboard cutout to the rectangle cutout and insert into small cardboard box base to make the boat's sail.

  6. Time to steer your new DIY cardboard boat!
